Warhol-style 2×2 grid from any photo. Four bold palette variations — free, instant, no upload.
Inspired by Andy Warhol's silkscreen prints, the effect posterises your photo to a limited number of tonal zones, then maps each brightness range to a bold flat colour. The result is a 2×2 grid — four panels, each using a different palette inspired by Warhol's printing inks: cyan/magenta/yellow, red/navy/gold, green/orange/cream, and purple/yellow/white.
Portraits with clear subjects and simple backgrounds work best — exactly like Warhol's Marilyn Monroe prints. Strong facial shapes become bold graphic compositions. Fewer posterize levels = more graphic and abstract. More levels = smoother tonal transition.
The download is a single PNG containing the full 2×2 grid, ideal for printing as a square poster.
