What you can write to us about

• A bug: an effect that does not work, a photo that fails to load, or a result that looks wrong.
• A suggestion: a new effect, a setting you would like, or a way to make a tool easier to use.
• A correction: an error in the text of a page or in the way an effect is described.
• A question about privacy: how your photos are handled or how cookies are used on the site.

How to help us help you

For a bug report, please include the following:

1. The effect you were using.
2. Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on a laptop).
3. The file type of your photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP) and roughly how large it is.
4. What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Please do not send photos you want to keep private unless they are needed to explain the problem. Your photos are processed in your browser, so we cannot see them unless you send them to us.

Response time

We read every message. We usually reply within a few working days. This is a small team, so a reply can sometimes take longer.
